Unknown VolunteerHe joined the HVO with another German volunteer in September 1995 and was attached to the 4th Guards Brigade (Sons of the Posavina) HVO in the Posavina pocket. He was killed within a few days in the early hours of the 12th September, when he detonated an anti-tank mine whilst on a reconnaissance near Ostra Luka under the command of Hans Strassburger, who also died.
